The candidate forum for District 4 was hosted by the Banning Chamber of Commerce on September 19th. All candidates were invited to the forum. Jerry Westholder, William Franklin, Adolfo Mediano and Timothy Smith  participated, however, candidate David Happe was a no-show.

Happe has not made any public statements addressing the reasons for not participating.  Candidate William Franklin left the forum halfway during the break for unknown reasons.

All candidates were invited to the forum. Colleen Wallace and David Ellis  participated, however, candidate Patrick “Cork” Irwin was a no-show.

Irwin has not made any public statements addressing the reasons for not participating
